Planning Application Process
The building will be converted into 3 no. dwellings: 2 x 3 bed and 1 x 4 bed with 2 master en-suites.
Planning was in our favour for both the change of use and the full planning application. Initial consultative comments, which proved very useful, were duly noted and applied in the only revision necessary. Only 1 ‘non-statutory’ condition regarding surface water drainage into the public sewer was required:
– Change of use application submitted 26/04, approved 30/05
– Planning application submitted 19/05, granted 09/07
