One week in and all non-structural partition walls, ceilings, doors, radiators, pipework, electrics have been stripped out. All sanitaryware has been disconnected ready for removal and the 3 cellar areas under the building stripped of pipework.
This unique circa 1900 building in Leicestershire’s Welland Valley will be taken ‘back to brick’ and remodelled internally as three new, high specification homes.
The central kitchen/toilet block will be next to be removed, ready for the final structural calculations inspection.
