Tim Earle
Director
Tim's background in property began in 2004, when he established himself as a property professional by buying, refurbishing and re-selling his first investment properties in the UK. Keen to 'work smarter rather than harder,' he then began to research investing in below market value or distressed properties and quickly built a portfolio of profitable 'buy to hold' properties which he operates and manages today.
He began expanding into overseas markets during the 2008 global financial crisis and established Starfish Property Investments to offer investment opportunities to clients worldwide. This led to an intensive period of due diligence on various overseas locations including the USA, the Caribbean and the African Continent.
Tim is also a respected speaker, having presented many times at SMART Property Expo in Hong Kong and The Luxury Properties Showcase in Beijing and Shanghai. He has also given countless seminars at Starfish' own events throughout Asia, sharing his knowledge and expertise with investors in his unique and inspirational manner.
Today he focusses on where he began - the UK. Over the past decade Tim has established a first-class network across a broad industry spectrum. He currently divides his time between the UK where he lives and Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Jean Chan-Earle
Business Development Director
Jean grew up in Hong Kong, where she worked in the five-star hotel industry after graduating from the University of Warwick in the UK. She has lived in the UK for over 10 years and is a director of Starfish Property Investments.
Her role at Starfish involves developing new business channels with partners, managing all aspects of marketing and communications and most importantly, building trust and relationships with our clients.
She is uniquely positioned to understand the cultural requirements of our clients, for whom efficiency and communication are key. All clients who have the pleasure of dealing with her are immediately reassured, knowing their property purchase is in the safe hands of someone they can trust and rely on. Working with our trusted network of professional partners including solicitors, mortgage brokers, accountants and property management, Jean ensures all Starfish clients benefit from our truly unique 'One Stop Service.’
