【英國樓市=旺市】 英國樓市十年來最興旺的8月 Busiest month for ten years in the UK Property Market


英國8月不但天氣熱,樓市更熱辣辣。疫市帶動樓市, 人類本來是放暑假、去旅行的,點知去左買樓!🤪


封城後,人人被困在家,讓每人開始將自己的「理想家居」重新定位,如需要更多空間?較喜歡城外的市郊地區?


在過去十年來,在8月這一個月內達成的交易不但創新高,更比之前最高峰時期增長了20%,突破總值370億英鎊!


自2008年3月以來,8月內有最多的房產上市。


英國樓市通常在暑假放緩,但今年由於疫情,大多數人不便外遊,最新的每週銷售額與2019年同期相比增長了60%。


英國樓盤銷情熾熱,在英國的七個地區發現 (見圖),由於賣家的叫價在8月創歷史新高,倫敦和東南部的叫價在2020年8月下降了0.2%,低於通常的每月下降2%。這對城市外地區的需求,如Devon和Cornwall等地區的叫價推至紀錄新高。

Seller asking prices reach a record high in August 2020. London and the South East asking prices have dropped down by 0.2% in August 2020 which is less than the typical 2% monthly drop. Demand for out of city locations is driving asking prices in locations such as Devon and Cornwall to new record highs.


Record levels of buyer activity lead to processing delays and mean that patience is required to get sales agreed to completion.
